Then, it was like we'd stepped into a Sci
Fi movie (OK, a lot of things in Antarctica are like that), and suddenly
there was this giant laser beam shooting infintly high into the sky out
of Crary (the science lab building). It's so neat being around all this
cool science stuff. James was able to get a better photo of the laser
than I was (it's harder than you think - taking a photo of a laser in
the dark, when you're cold)
