As with most other trails, one doesn't have to check out, carry a radio and have a partner to be allowed to ski the Ice Runway Road.... This makes it a favorite place for me to go for quick skis... The Ice Runway is 4 miles from town... The ice is PERFECT for skate skiing, and you can literally be out there in just a matter of minutes |
