After years of never leaving the South Island,
we finally made it to the North Island. First stop: Wellington, where
we visited our friend George, who'd just bought a house at the top of
Mt. Vic. This is a photo at the very top. It was a bit windy. A storm
rolled in while we were there, and it was fun to watch it from the big
windows at George's new house. It was nice to catch up with George. Check
