Henry brought some Thai spices, from off the continent... He's a super duper chef. He made two Thai dishes (after several weeks of planning and pulling strings around town, we were able to get all the ingredients needed). And then I made a real yummy Italian style sauce.... It was a whole night of yummy food. We don't get a whole lot of freshies around here, so this was a real treat. In this photo, Mike, Glen, Michael, Nichole, James & Mark relax after the meal.
