This Emperor Penguin chose the road to our ice runway as a place to molt. He's been standing there, on the side of the road for weeks, not moving around too much. As the first penguin to stick around for awhile, he is Mr. Popularity. There have been more pictures taken of this penguin than your common rock star, or any penguin in any zoo. I took this picture on my little pocket camera while out skiing.... |
