We got a special treat, and the coasties had a live band that played out on the helo deck (helos were in McM). Of course you can always leave it up to the GA's to cause an additional stir. Sandwich (www.sandwichgirl.com) sent some santa suites along, figuring we'd find something creative to do with them. I think the coasties were a bit shocked to have a bunch of dancing santas join them, but they carried on and we had good music, until the musicians' fingers were too cold to play anymore.
