Did I mention that I have a boring desk job?
I made this photo (no, it's not real), and my boss used it in a presentation
about how our department was going to deal with budget cuts: train the
locals. Budget cuts are a huge issue right now. The US Government is
busy wasting their money elsewhere, and along with the higher costs of
fuel, there's just not much money for the program right now.
